Our client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Full Stack Developer for their Remote - Atlanta GA / Charlotte NC/ Winston Salem NC / Greensboro NC / Richmond VA / Orlando FL location.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications.
- Build responsive front-end solutions and scalable backend services.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.
- Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
- Develop and support integrations between enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and interfaces.
- Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions.
- Assist with cloud modernization and automation initiatives
- Support HR technology platforms including Workday, Adaptive Planning, payroll, talent, and workforce management applications.
- Learn and configure Adaptive Planning modules as part of ongoing cross-training.
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Web applications, Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
- Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HR, Finance, Payroll, or Workforce applications.
- Knowledge of data integration platforms and ETL processes.
- Exposure to analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
- Experience using Rally Agile tool
- Ability to adapt and flexible for learning new tools/languages
