Purpose and ImpactThis team is charged with developing elements of IC geolocation product lines that address operational requirements from the warfighter. With this team, you'll be exposed to multiple discipline areas such as UI, front-end, back-end, and/or full stack development. You will work across teams to integrate capabilities into various platforms including containers. Using agile scrum and DevOps methodologies, you'll gain experience with the full product lifecycle for cutting‑edge geolocation capabilities.Work ScheduleMonday‑Friday, 0800‑1600Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform software development predominantly using Java to create and implement enhancements to existing capabilitiesUtilize and apply containerization methodologies for software application development, packaging and deliveryCollaborate with team of software and systems engineers in an agile environment to analyze requirements and derive user stories and issues for development planningPerform integration and testing as neededTest and debug software code for integrated applicationsProvide tier 2 and 3 support for deployed capabilities and address bug fixesBe able to work individually and as part of a teamMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Experience with Enterprise Java developmentExperience with containerization technologies including Docker and KubernetesExperience developing service‑oriented architecturesExperience developing micro‑service solutionsDatabase experience such as Mongo or MySQLExperience with Python developmentComfortability with development in the Linux environmentExperience working with the Atlassian tool suite to track and maintain requirements (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)Clearance RequiredTS/SCI w PolyMinimum EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
