Job Description:

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across web/mobile applications and backend services, delivering seamless, high-quality user experiences
Develop scalable APIs and services using modern backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java, Kotlin, or similar)
Build intuitive, performant frontend interfaces using frameworks such as React or similar technologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate ideas into impactful solutions, demonstrating ownership from concept to delivery
Apply an agile mindset to iterate quickly, test hypotheses, and continuously improve product outcomes
Integrate AI tools into development workflows to improve efficiency, code quality, and insight generation, while applying thoughtful human judgment
Champion engineering best practices including testing, observability, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable systems

About you
Typically requires 6+ years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills.
Strong experience building and shipping full stack applications, with proficiency in both frontend and backend development
Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, or similar)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, take ownership of delivery, and see work through from insight to impact
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making, while critically evaluating outputs for quality, bias, and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver thoughtful solutions
