Full Stack Developer (C# / .Net)

Location: Littleton, CO

Schedule:Onsite 5 days per week

Type: Full-time, direct hire

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 base salary

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join a collaborative and high-impact engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full technology stack and building scalable, business-critical applications from end to end.

You will partner with developers and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver modern web applications that solve real business challenges.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack web applications across front end, back end, database, and cloud environments
• Collaborate closely with engineers and cross functional teams in both onsite and remote settings
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using clean, maintainable code
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and user interfaces
• Work hands-on with Angular and React to develop modern UI experiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance challenges
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, changes, and processes
• Apply best practices in software development, testing, and deployment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience considered
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and on a team
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Claude or similar assistants

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET framework 4.5 plus, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Angular and or React
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and WebAPI services
• Cloud experience in AWS or Azure environments
• Strong experience with SQL Server including database design and stored procedures
• Experience with Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• Experience with CSS, responsive design, and UI development
• Nice to have: SSIS, SSRS, WPF, AJAX
