OverviewThe Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, integrations, and data‑driven solutions across the organization. This role requires expertise in both front‑end and back‑end development, with a strong emphasis on system integrations, API development, and data visualization platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable front‑end and back‑end web and software applicationsDesign and implement responsive user interfaces and user interactionsBuild and maintain application servers and databasesWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stackEnsure application performance, scalability, and securityIntegrations & API DevelopmentDevelop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Java‑based microservices, and middleware platformsDesign, build, and support APIs to integrate internal systems (Infor, CRM, CPQ, etc.) and third‑party platformsTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systems and environmentsCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimise integration performance and reliabilityData & ReportingUtilise SQL Server to design, query, and manage relational databasesWrite and optimise SQL queries to support applications, integrations, and reporting needsDevelop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Birst and Power BISupport data modelling, reporting accuracy, and business intelligence initiativesCollaboration & DeliveryWork closely with business analysts, IT leadership, and cross‑functional teams to define requirementsPartner with marketing and UX teams on application design and usability enhancementsManage projects from conception through deployment and supportTest, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across applications and integrationsSecurity & Best PracticesImplement security, data protection, and compliance best practicesEnsure alignment with company policies related to data privacy, PCI, and system accessStay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development standardsRequirementsStrong experience with full‑stack development (front‑end and back‑end)Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)Experience with server‑side languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or PHPHands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architectureStrong working knowledge of SQL Server and database designExperience with Birst and/or Power BI for reporting and analyticsFamiliarity with middleware and integration platformsStrong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsExcellent organisational and project management capabilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityPreferredExperience with Infor ERP, CRM, or CPQ platformsExperience working in a multi‑system enterprise environmentExposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)3–7+ years of experience in full‑stack development, integrations, or similar roleGeneralThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for performing this job.
