Title: Full Stack Developer IV - Java
Location: Hybrid - Washington, DC; College Park, GA; Fort Worth, TX; Des Moines, WA – Local only
Position Summary Leads the design and delivery of secure, scalable, resilient, testable, and maintainable full-stack enterprise web solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot.
- Build secure RESTful APIs, microservices, server-side business logic, and data-access components using Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and relational databases.
- Develop responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and Angular or React.
- Apply object-oriented design, secure coding, authentication and authorization, exception handling, logging, automated testing, source control, and code-review practices.
- Provide senior-level technical leadership for application architecture, integration, performance, troubleshooting, documentation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud or enterprise deployment.
Required Skills - Java and object-oriented design
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and dependency injection
- REST APIs, microservices, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, plus Angular or React
- JUnit, Mockito, Maven or Gradle, Git, CI/CD, Docker, logging, and cloud deployment
Education and Experience At least 10 years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, including hands-on Java full-stack development using Spring Boot, REST APIs or microservices, front-end technologies, and relational data-access components. Experience must demonstrate senior-level responsibility for architecture, integration, code quality, troubleshooting, and delivery.
