Our department is focused on providing a platform for engineering teams to deploy their software. We provide a variety of tools and software for enabling these engineering teams to work and ship code.
Project Description:
The Stratus platform exists to provide internal customers the ability to deploy their application code to the Cloud and Data Center. We regularly need to modify our platform to provide the business with new features and there is a strong need to keep our systems updated and modernized.
Position Summary/Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to help plan and execute major platform features and capabilities. In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing coarse grained features and capabilities. A strong candidate will be skilled at breaking down large problems and defining acceptance criteria for work and will require minimal oversight or direction.

- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations
- Experience with AWS Administration
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development

- Familiarity with Dev Ops technologies
- Experience with AWS EKS and Argo CD
- Ability to coach and teach other junior engineers on the team

Interview Process Overview:
- There will be two rounds in this interview process.
- The first round will be a screening with the hiring manager.
- The second round will be a technical interview with engineers from the team.
