Full Stack Developer

Job Summary (Full Stack Developer)

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack enterprise applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support business functionality.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, code reviews, and team meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices for automation and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with team members.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

Technical Focus:
- Backend: Java (11+), Spring Boot/Framework, microservices
- Data/Messaging: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Redis, Apache Kafka
- Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Cloud/DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code

Preferred:
- 5+ years' software development experience, especially in finance or regulated industries
- Familiarity with message queuing (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ), observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, ELK), API gateway/service mesh, security best practices
- AWS or Azure certification

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
