We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Kansas City, MO. This position will support data-driven technology initiatives and develop scalable web applications from concept through deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, with Palantir Foundry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in user interviews to understand business, technical, and customer requirements.

• Develop front-end web architecture and user interfaces.

• Develop back-end application logic and integrate existing datasets and models.

• Build and maintain semantic object models and ontologies.

• Develop and maintain data connections and pipelines utilizing filesystem, JDBC, SFTP, and webhooks.

• Create and maintain servers, databases, and datasets as required.

• Ensure applications and data solutions comply with applicable security requirements.

• Develop responsive applications optimized for desktop and mobile platforms.

• Manage development efforts from initial concept through final implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.

• Lead and support other developers in delivering project features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant software development experience.

• Strong knowledge of programming languages, coding principles, and web development frameworks.

• Full-stack development experience across front-end and server-side technologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead development efforts and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Technical Experience:

• Palantir Foundry, including Workshop, Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, and Ontology Manager.

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• JavaScript libraries such as Lodash, Math.js, Moment, Numeral, and ES6-Shim.

• Python, PySpark, Java, Apache Spark, and SparkSQL.

• Database technologies including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

• Business intelligence and data science tools including Power BI, Jupyter, and R Studio.

• Experience with low-code/no-code application development.

• Team leadership and project management experience.
