Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to develop, integrate, enhance, and support enterprise-grade insurance applications using .NET, React, Azure and AKS. The role requires hands-on ownership across the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, application development, data integration, testing, deployment, production support, resilience, and technical documentation.
The engineers will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering, testing, and governance teams in a distributed onsite-offshore delivery model. Candidates should be comfortable working in a technically rigorous environment with active participation in design discussions and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using .NET and React.
Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C#, .NET or .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Develop, deploy, and support .NET services within Azure Kubernetes Service environments.
Integrate internal and third-party applications, products, and data sources with enterprise systems.
Work with structured and semi-structured data formats, including SQL, JSON, and XML.
Ensure application availability, resilience, performance, security, and compliance with engineering standards.
Create unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews, quality assessments, and production troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering, testing, security, data, and governance teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Validate data sources and document integration flows, data lineage, transformation rules, and data-quality requirements.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, release activities, and technical documentation.
Use GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting, while validating generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
Manage multiple development initiatives while maintaining delivery quality and alignment with long-term platform objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of software engineering experience, including:
At least 4 years of hands-on full stack development
At least 3 years working with .NET and React
Preferably 3 or more years in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
Strong hands-on experience with:
C#, .NET or .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service
REST APIs and third-party product integrations
SQL and relational databases
Structured and semi-structured data, including JSON and XML
Git, pull requests, branching, and code-review processes
Unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD
Experience across the complete SDLC, from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
Practical experience with GitHub Copilot or a similar AI-assisted development tool.
Strong understanding of secure coding, application resilience, logging, exception handling, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with insurance or reinsurance applications involving underwriting, pricing, premium, policy, or operational data.
Exposure to MGA data processing or onboarding of underwriting partner programs.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL technologies such as Microsoft SSIS and Visual Studio.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, infrastructure as code, and application-monitoring tools.
Understanding of data-quality controls, data lineage, KPI development, and operational reporting.
Experience working in Agile delivery and distributed onsite-offshore teams.
