Description
About the Opportunity
A leading enterprise technology organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help design, build, and modernize business-critical applications that support large-scale digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working across the full technology stack while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to build scalable cloud-native applications, modern APIs, and responsive user experiences.
What You'll Tackle:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive front-end applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using C#/.NET and Python.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build cloud-native applications using containerized architectures.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on deployment, monitoring, and production readiness.
- Support modernization initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and performance.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through deployment and production support.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing modern full-stack applications.
- Strong proficiency with C#/.NET and Python.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Front-end development experience using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development.
- Experience using Git and modern source control workflows.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting cloud optimization and scalable distributed systems.
- Exposure to application modernization initiatives.
- Experience designing highly available, resilient software platforms.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
