Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support mission-critical Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), Authentication, Authorization, Entitlement, Attribute Management, and Digital Policy Management initiatives. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with Full Scope Poly.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will join a highly skilled Agile team responsible for developing innovative software solutions supporting high-visibility mission applications used across the Intelligence Community. This role combines front-end and back-end development responsibilities while contributing to application performance, scalability, usability, and continuous enhancement.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with Full Scope Poly
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
8–12 years of relevant software development experience
Minimum 6 years of professional JavaScript development experience
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as: Vue.js, Angular & React.
Experience developing both front-end and back-end application components
Experience improving website and application performance, including database and server integration
Experience conducting application performance testing and optimization
Experience monitoring production applications and troubleshooting performance, content, and user experience issues
Experience collaborating with product teams to define application roadmaps and improve usability
Experience supporting and enhancing existing production applications while developing new software solutions
Experience evaluating user stories and acceptance criteria to improve development quality
Experience participating in Agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and team scrums
Experience performing code reviews and maintaining high-quality coding standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional Agile team
Commitment to staying current with modern web application development technologies and user interface best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing applications using Vue.js
Experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM) solutions
Experience building secure, scalable, mission-critical web applications
