Location: Minnetonka, MN 55343

Salary Range: 50-55/hr on w2

Need local Resource Only 

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java, Springboot, React, and AI. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile methodology and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers a hybrid work environment with an initial remote option for 2-3 months, followed by on-site work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development using Java, Springboot, and React.
• Experience with AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication skills.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or technology lead role.
• Familiarity with the client's business domain.
• Additional certifications in AI or related fields.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full stack development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and methodologies.
