The role

What you’ll do

• Ship and own products end-to-end, from design to launch
• Architect scalable, reliable, secure systems
• Translate company vision into product launches with high user impact

You might be a fit if you have

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend skills in Python (Django a plus)
• Frontend expertise with Next.js, React, ShadCN
• Cloud experience with AWS or GCP
• Comfort with Kubernetes and Docker
• Degree from a top engineering program (weighed more with lighter YOE)
• Entrepreneurial drive and grit; startup or founder experience preferred

Nice to have

• Former founder or experience at high-growth startups
• Demonstrated ability to work long, focused hours in fast-paced settings

• $150K–$300K + equity
