Summary Objective
The purpose of this position is to lead system design and review to ensure application solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
This class works under administrative supervision, developing and implementing programs within organizational policies and reports major activities to executive level administrators through conferences and reports.

Minimum Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
Six (6) years of experience in web application development including versioning and revision control practices or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be on 24-hour call.
Must submit to fingerprinting for criminal history check.
Must complete the annual security awareness training.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
