In this Full Stack Engineer (Laravel/React), youll help design, build, and scale a core platform for an AI-powered business management product.
Youll work across both frontend and backend of applications and mobile experiences, playing a direct role in shaping both the product and the tech stack.

Compensation:
Depending on experience but open to senior and lead engineers
160K-250K
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a cloud-based platform across backend, frontend, and mobile
Develop and ship features end-to-end across web and mobile applications
Create scalable APIs and reusable UI components
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
Write tests, maintain documentation, and ensure system reliability
Continuously improve performance, scalability, and development processes
Ideal candidate is someone who:
has strong Laravel, React, Vue, Node, and preferably React-Native development experience and can lead mobile initiatives.
is equally comfortable working on front-end and back-end development.
can move between web and mobile as priorities shift in a fast-paced startup environment
Background Profile:
7+ years of mobile, software, and/or full-stack development experience
Experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL
Solid experience with Vue, React, and NodeJS
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
Experience deploying to AWS and working with serverless environments
Hands-on, recent experience building and maintaining React Native apps preferred
Experience with Expo, Xcode, and Android Studio
Strong understanding of system design, security, and engineering best practices
Proven ability to ship high-quality software quickly
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Experience with Agile/Scrum teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Startup, SaaS, or early-stage product experience strongly preferred
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered as no sponsorship is available for this role.
