Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical vision and development of the Connect platform to simplify ISP procurement and management.
Build and scale complex technical products that integrate hardware and software components.
Develop and optimize full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Go.
Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and external partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Solve challenging integration problems to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
Experience:
3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally within an early-stage startup.
Proven ability to build and scale complex products during growth phases (Series C-E).
Experience developing solutions that integrate hardware and software.
Strong background in managing external partnerships and working with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go, or a strong willingness to learn.
Solid foundation in full-stack development, including API integrations and web application scaling.
Education:
A degree in Computer Science from a reputable university is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as an early engineering hire (among the first 5–10 engineers at a successful startup).
Experience as a founder or early employee in a startup environment.
Strong product ownership mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach.
