Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java full stack development, microservices, and Kafka and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, production-grade AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver production-grade solutions by integrating agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, and automation to enhance client product experiences.
• Build end-to-end capabilities across a cloud-native stack using React and TypeScript/JavaScript on the front end and Java/Spring Boot microservices on the back end.
• Establish strong engineering practices through CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and Spinnaker, automated testing and load testing with tools like Blazemeter, and production observability with platforms such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Design, deploy, and operate scalable, event-driven microservices on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, serverless compute, and messaging patterns.
• Partner with product, design, data, architecture, and risk/control stakeholders to deliver secure, stable, and scalable AI solutions to real business problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java full stack development, including Spring Boot microservices and front-end development with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience building and operating solutions on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless services.
• Strong CI/CD, automated testing, and observability skills with tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, Blazemeter, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure and stable AI-enabled capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience level: 8+ years in relevant roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Python for LLM engineering and data processing, including small services, automation, and evaluation harnesses.
• Experience with agentic AI, machine learning, and agent orchestration frameworks.
