About this Role

You'll be supporting critical operational missions alongside our customer, building and maintaining tools that directly enable their workflow. As a Full Stack Engineer on our team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where you see the impact of your work every single day. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of analysts, operators, and developers, taking iterative approaches within a robust CI/CD pipeline and incorporating real-time user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing dataflow expertise through software development and process improvement initiatives
• Expanding on existing workflow automation efforts to increase operational efficiency
• Developing and maintaining web applications that provide analytic and workflow support to end users
• Engaging directly with customers to communicate project status, gather feedback, and refine solutions based on their operational needs
• Identifying workflow inefficiencies and delivering innovative solutions that advance the mission

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, OR a B.S. in a technical discipline plus 8+ years of professional experience
• Extensive full stack development experience with a strong emphasis on web development
• Hands-on experience with relational databases
• Demonstrated experience developing customer cross-domain solutions
• Proven ability to solicit feedback from stakeholders and apply it to iterative development
• Development experience in Linux environments
• Working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in JavaScript and Python
• Experience deploying and running open-source tools in government agency environments
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and tools such as Svelte, OpenTelemetry, or OpenObserve
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
• Background in dataflow engineering
• Linux system administration experience
• Understanding of certificate-based cryptography

Salary Range

$282,000 – $332,000

This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.

Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
