We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead Full Stack Java/React with AI to join our client s technology team in Minnetonka, MN. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI technologies, with the ability to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable full-stack applications.

The candidate should be comfortable working across the complete software development lifecycle and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams in an Agile environment.

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Develop scalable and maintainable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.
• Integrate AI/Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business solutions.
• Work with AI/ML teams and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and enhancements.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and development activities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support testing, defect resolution, and production readiness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
• Work effectively with onsite/offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing modern web applications using React.
• Experience with Full Stack Java development.
• Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, or AI-enabled application development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and distributed teams.

• Experience with Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
• Experience integrating AI services/APIs into Java-based applications.
• Knowledge of Spring Cloud and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Technology Lead who can contribute technically while also providing leadership and guidance to the development team. The candidate should have a strong combination of Full Stack Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI experience, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
