Job Description

Full Stack .NET DeveloperContract Length:  12+ monthsLocation: Austin, Texas (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) *ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDEREDWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain complex business applications and systems. This role will work across the application stack and collaborate with developers, business and systems analysts, UX teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software programming, systems analysis or application development
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle
  • Strong experience developing complex business processes and software solutions
  • Experience coding, testing, debugging, and supporting applications, including performance enhancements and issue resolution
  • Ability to analyze requirements, design program and system logic, and prepare technical specifications
  • Experience with SDLC, programming standards, documentation, and testing practices
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
  • Knowledge of application architecture, infrastructure, information architecture, and enterprise technology environments
  • Knowledge of current IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development practices.
  • Understanding of application security and practices for protecting data integrity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Design, code, modify, and maintain complex applications, programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts
  • Develop full stack solutions using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle Database, and related technologies
  • Perform functional and technical testing, including generating test data, developing test scripts, executing test sequences, analyzing results, and debugging issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and enhancement requests
  • Apply established programming, documentation, testing, security, and development standards to ensure application quality and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards and business requirements
  • Research, evaluate, and implement software solutions and emerging technologies as appropriate
  • Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, systems analysts, and other stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs
  • Support applications throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Document technical solutions, development activities, and testing results
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within established timelines
  • Communicate technical information, project status, issues, and recommendations clearly
  • Stay current with software development technologies, industry trends, and emerging tools
