Full Stack .NET Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Lead to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET development, modern frontend technologies, API development, and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise-level applications.
• Design and develop scalable applications using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs and Microservices.
• Work with frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
• Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Angular or React

• Microservices architecture

• Cloud experience, preferably Azure
• Strong software design and development experience
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Financial services/banking domain experience is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
