Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Python backend and React frontend.
  • Develop APIs and services powering core workflows in specialty medication access.
  • Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decisions.
  • Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices.
Required Skills and Certifications:
  • 2+ years professional experience as full-stack engineer at a startup.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong proficiency in React (modern hooks, state management, frontend best practices).
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Comfort operating in startup environments and solving ambiguous problems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
