Position Title: Full Stack Software Engineer
Position Location: Atlanta, GA
On-site work required; Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm; Direct Hire/Full-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and expand a proprietary software platform designed to modernize and streamline internal business operations.
This is an opportunity to join a small, highly autonomous technology team building production software in an AI-forward development environment. The successful candidate will work across the full application stack and take ownership of solutions from understanding the business problem through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
The environment is best suited for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving problems independently, learning quickly, and using modern development and AI tools to accelerate delivery.
Required Skills:

• Approximately 5 10 years of professional software development experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience independently developing and maintaining production software.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience across frontend applications, backend services/APIs, and relational databases.
• Experience with modern frontend development and React or TypeScript or comparable technologies.
• Experience with Python/Flask or comparable backend development technologies.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience; PostgreSQL experience is particularly relevant.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and third-party systems.
• Understanding of application design, data modeling, authentication, permissions, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Experience working within and improving an existing production codebase.
• Practical experience using modern AI-assisted software development tools and a willingness to continually learn new approaches.
• Ability to work independently, think through ambiguous problems, and take ownership of solutions through completion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

• Proficiency with some or all of the following: React, TypeScript, Python and Flask, PostgreSQL and Supabase
• AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable tools
• LLM applications, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows
• Background processing and workflow automation
• Cloud-based application development and deployment
• Experience building internal business applications
• Experience working in a small, entrepreneurial development environment

Job Description:
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will help develop and expand a proprietary platform that consolidates business processes currently supported by multiple systems and applications.
You will develop full-stack features spanning user interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, and automated workflows. You will work within an existing production platform while helping design and build its next generation of functionality.
This is a highly hands-on position. You will be expected to understand business problems, determine practical technical approaches, write and review code, troubleshoot issues, test solutions, deploy functionality, and follow through after release.
The development environment makes extensive use of AI-assisted engineering tools. You should be comfortable using AI to accelerate development while possessing the software engineering fundamentals and judgment necessary to evaluate, test, debug, and take responsibility for the resulting code.
