Job Description: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Clean garbage cans with water or steam. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks. Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Pick up bus tubs of dirty dishes from the busser station and bringing them to the dishwasher station for cleansing Sweep or scrub floors.

Special Requirements for the Job: Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements. Must be a minimum 16 years of age. Lift approximately 50 lbs on a regular basis. Stand for long periods of time. Must read, write, and speak fluently in English. Will require criminal background check pre-hire when residing in employee housing only.

Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly
Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 6 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am - 4:00pm, 6:00am - 3:00pm, 2:00pm -11:00pm, 4:00pm - 2:00am, Hours may vary between outlet, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Hourly Wage: $19.72 to $24.00 /hr (based on merit and past experience with our company)
Possible Wage Increase: Annual pay raises are offered for merit for all positions.
Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $29.58 to $36.00 /hr.
Pay Period: A single work week, starting Saturday, will be used to calculate hourly wages, and will be paid Bi-weekly.
Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is up to $700.00 per month. If used, monthly cost of housing may be deducted from paycheck. A partially refundable security deposit of $700.00 is required, to be paid directly to employer upon acceptance of housing (security deposit, plus a non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00).
Employee shuttle transportation as well as public bus service available from employee housing to ski area base. Gondola transportation from base to restaurant locations also provided.
