Seeking a Software Developer for a privately-held financial software firm in northern NJ.
This role involves developing and maintaining web-based portfolio & risk analysis solutions for major financial institutions, including investment banks and hedge funds.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, and documenting software applications and operating systems, as well as performing analysis and troubleshooting.
Qualifications include experience with C#, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, and the Microsoft MVC stack. Knowledge of Infragistics toolkit, SQL Server, and Excel add-ins is a plus.
The ideal candidate should understand business requirements, select appropriate technologies, and create complex programs and simulations.
Required education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
