What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript to address real operational challenges.
• Deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to enhance scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with founders and early-stage teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful software solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from conception through deployment, ensuring high-quality code and architecture.
• Proactively identify and solve problems, demonstrating initiative and strong engineering judgment.
• Engage in product thinking to align software development with business objectives and user needs.
• Participate in the opportunity to spin out your own venture with funding from this company.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, proficient in Python and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated capability in building both backend systems and user-facing applications.
• Proven track record of shipping production systems end-to-end with a focus on code quality and clean architecture.
• Genuine interest in startups and venture capital, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity.

Preferred

• Experience working at a startup or high-growth company, contributing to a fast-paced environment.
• Personal projects, GitHub repositories, or open-source contributions that reflect technical diligence and product curiosity.
• Familiarity with evaluating startups, founders, or early-stage products, enhancing engagement in the venture ecosystem.
