We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our small, dynamic team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining internal business applications supporting shipping, customer support, inventory, and e-commerce workflows.
You'll work independently within existing codebases, implementing features, debugging issues, and enhancing system performance. The position requires experience in backend (Python with Flask or similar) or frontend (JavaScript and React), along with relational database knowledge (MySQL, Postgres).
Preferred skills include full-stack integration, advanced React techniques, and experience developing internal operational tools.
This role offers a salary of $100k-$160k, premium health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
Work is based at our Santa Cruz headquarters with flexibility for remote work, requiring one day/week on-site.
