Full Stack Web Developer

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops enhancements and new application functionsto achieve business goals,based on roadmapobjectives, high level descriptions and collaboration with E-commerceteam members and other cross-functional partners.
• Develops andmaintainscomprehensiveunderstanding of the business processes that drive E-Commerce order management, orderfulfillmentand customer service application development.
• Provides application supportincluding technical problem resolution, bugfixesand after-hourssupport. 
• Understands and adheres to See’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process as described in See’s Information Security Policies and Procedures manual.
• Debugs andunittests all work prior to peer code review and user acceptance testing.
• Maintains current knowledge and understanding of common security vulnerabilities; develops applications based on secure coding techniques ensuring secure operation.

• Participate inidentifyingopportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.
• Participate in person 3 days a week on a hybrid schedule. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 5+ years of experiencedevelopingserver-sideapplication logicwith languages such asNode.js,Python orColdFusion. 
• Over 5+ years of experiencedevelopingapplications using HTML,CSSandJavaScriptframeworks.
• Experiencediagnosingand resolvingcomplex application issues across the full technology stackincluding the ability todetermineroot cause and resolution
• Experiencewithsystem integrations andclient applications consuming JSONthroughAPIs
• Experience with relational databases, and a level of comfort with reading and writing simple to complex SQL queries
• Collaborate with DevOps to investigate infrastructure-related issues
• Experience with high availabilityproduction environments
• Experience with E-Commerce order management preferred
• Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, strong decision making, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Highly organized, deadline-driven individual with a “can do” attitude
• Provenability to learnnew technologiesquickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner
• A passion for creatinghigh-qualitysoftware and user experiences
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proficiencyin Git source control, Jira
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with AIassisteddevelopment tools such as Claude Codeisa plus
