What You’ll Do
As a Medication Aide, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centered care.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administer medications according to physician orders and state regulations
- Observe residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects
- Accurately document medication administration
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence
- Respond promptly to resident needs
- Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to provide exceptional care

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Medication Aide certification (as required by state regulations)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred but not required
