Duties
Teaching general agriculture, ag industrial tech, and will be co-FFA sponsor.
Qualifications
Appropriate ISBE license or 2,000+ hours of work experience in the following: General agriculture, ag welding, ag machining, ag mechanics. CAD experience a plus, but not required.
Salary/Benefits
Salary is based on experience and education level; SEA contract with salary matrix can be found at https://www.piasabirds.net/public-documents/teacher-contract. Position includes employee-only health insurance benefit, district-paid TRS retirement, 13 paid sick days, 3 paid personal days. Dental, vision, optional life, and AFLAC products are available at employee''s expense. Flex medical and dependent care plans are available.
Additional Notes
Southwestern High School is located at the intersection of Rt. 111 and Hwy. 16 in Piasa, IL. Enrollment of approximately 367 students.
