    Team Member Responsibilities:

    • Smile
    • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
    • Speak Enthusiastically
    • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
    • Work as a Front of House (Front Counter, Drive Thru, or Dining Room) or Back of House (Kitchen) team member.
    • Prepare all food safely with accuracy, speed, and quality.
    • Provide “Second Mile” service to both Team Members and guests.
    • Comply with all Chick-fil-A Bangor rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere.
    • Project a reliable and diligent attitude toward completing daily tasks in all situations.
    • Commit to the safety and security of all other team members and guests.
    • In some situations, be personally responsible for cash transactions.
    • Commitment to our Restaurant Vision.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    • Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with the leadership team and Owner/Operator to fulfill business needs.

    • Must accept and apply feedback from leadership team.
    • Must be a strong team player who works well with others.
