What We’re Looking For
- Active Delaware Red Card (Armed)
- Security Clearance is required.
- Professional and dependable individuals
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overnight coverage when needed
- Reliable transportation
Strongly Preferred
- Prior federal/government site experience
- Previously cleared or active SF-85 / SF-86
- Military, corrections, law enforcement, or armed security background
- Experience in access control, patrol, or high-security environments
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Access control and badge verification
- Foot and/or vehicle patrols
- Monitor and report suspicious activity
- Complete incident and daily activity reports
- Respond professionally during emergencies
