We're seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager passionate about music and pop culture to lead a vibrant retail store.
You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, recruiting and developing a dedicated team, and creating engaging customer experiences through promotions and social media.
Responsibilities include maintaining operational excellence, managing shrink/loss prevention, analyzing sales data, and merchandising effectively. You'll collaborate with leadership, communicate customer feedback, and help develop high-performing associates.
Requirements include 1-2 years retail management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly. A high school diploma or GED is needed; additional education is a plus. Physical ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
