As one of our FULL TIME ASSOCIATES at Chick-fil-A, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and positive dining experience. You’ll help create the inviting environment Chick-fil-A is known for by maintaining your area of the restaurant (front or back), engaging in conversation with guests and team members, and supporting the overall team in whatever way needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests
• Smile and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests and fellow team members
• Work efficiently as part of a team, adapting to various tasks
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Help us maintain a consistent and clean enviornment for everyone both inside and outside of our restaurant

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older and available to work a full time schedule
• Consistent and reliable with a joyful and cheerful attitude
• Passionate about serving and helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including peak periods and weekends and holidays
