Full-time Back of House Shift Leader

At Chick-fil-A, the Shift Leader role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Shift leaders are responsible for mobilizing all members of their team and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

This leadership position requires successful completion of a training and evaluation period.

Leading an awesome team to accomplish remarkable things every day.

Upholding high standards of cleanliness, food safety, quality, and teamwork.

Ensuring all required tasks are completed on each shift $21 per hour.

Preparing safe, top-quality food with surprising speed.

You need to be comfortable on your feet in a kitchen environment.

You don’t need to be an awesome cook; we’ll show you what to do.
