Full-Time Bartender

Are you an experienced bartender who loves hospitality and takes pride in crafting great cocktails?

La Terra is a neighborhood Italian restaurant in Midtown East, and we re looking for a full-time bartender to join our team. We re seeking someone who enjoys connecting with guests, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service every shift.

At La Terra, bartending is about more than making drinks it s about creating an experience. Whether you re serving a regular their favorite Negroni or helping a guest discover a new Italian wine, you ll play an important role in making people feel welcome.

What You ll Do

• Prepare classic cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
  
• Deliver friendly, professional service and build relationships with guests
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
  
• Work closely with the dining room and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
  
• Answer occasional phone calls for takeout orders
  
• Continue learning about our Italian wine program and beverage offerings
  

We re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous bartending experience
  
• Genuinely enjoys hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  
• Is reliable, organized, and thrives during busy services
  
• Works well as part of a team
  
• Has Italian wine knowledge or an interest in learning more
