Entry-Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for newly certified BCBAs looking for mentorship, manageable caseloads, career growth, and a supportive work environment.
Compensation
$75,000–$80,000 per year Position Details
- Full-Time Position
- Billable hour requirement: 25–30 hours per week
- Small caseload of approximately 5–7 clients
- Additional cases available with support from a Lead Case Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure services are delivered according to BCBA ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification or eligibility for certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
- New graduates and newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
