What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook chicken to Chick-fil-A quality standards
• Work with urgency in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
• Execute efficient food production (cook less, more often)
• Maintain opening/closing availability as scheduled
• Communicate clearly and support team operations
• Stay attentive to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and able to work early morning opening or closing shifts
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Team player with a positive, service-minded attitude
• Ability to follow processes, food safety standards, and procedures
• Good communication skills and coachable mindset
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
