The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional temporary full-time short order breakfast cook to join our team at Element San Jose Milpitas. This position is specifically designed to provide coverage while a permanent team member is on a protected maternity leave of absence. The role is expected to last approximately 5-6 months, though this may be subject to slight adjustments based on the returning employees schedule. Expected start date: February 2026. Expected end date: between June 2026 - July 2026. Please note that this is a finite temporary assignment. While this position does not guarantee permanent employment upon the return of the employee on leave, it is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within our organization.
