What We''re Looking For
- Meets all school bus driver qualifications and training requirements outlined in Ohio Administrative Code 3301-83-06 and 3301-83-10.
- Holds and maintains a valid Ohio CDL with all required endorsements.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safe, defensive driving practices.
- Remains calm and focused while navigating traffic, weather challenges, and passenger distractions.
- Available to work non-traditional schedules and occasional irregular hours as needed.
- Possesses basic computer skills or is willing to quickly learn job-related technology.
- Brings a positive attitude, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
- Successfully completes pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
