Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their shipping, packing, and printing needs in a professional and friendly manner
• Operate shipping and packaging equipment efficiently and accurately
• Process transactions promptly and accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain store appearance and organization to uphold company standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
