About the Role:
Soccer Shots Boston is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
• Set up and break down equipment at practice and program locations
• Maintain child safety standards and adhere to all program policies
• Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
• Strong soccer knowledge and passion for youth athletic development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to program sites
• Must pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
