About the Role:
Soccer Shots Boston is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players! Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
- Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
- Manage group behavior and maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout sessions
- Travel to various program locations throughout the Boston area
- Assist with program setup, breakdown, and equipment management
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
- Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach
- Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills
- High energy, enthusiastic, and naturally engaging with kids
- Reliable transportation to travel to program sites across Boston, MA
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass a background check
