Job Description

Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms in the US with a 60 year track record of success in the multi-family housing industry, seeks a Cleaner to join our team in Western MA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Indoor/outdoor upkeep
  • Cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the offices and all community common areas
  • Assist Foreman and Maintenance Team with move-in ready apartments

Must have reliable transportation.
