You must submit a resume and references to be considered for employment. Some clinical experience is beneficial but not required.

Dr. Ruben Timmons, owner and medical director of Regenerative Medicine and Pain Management Physicians, aims to optimize healing treatments that may allow the patient to return to activities of daily living, work, exercise, and sports while improving the overall quality of living.  The company has one office in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and one office in Pensacola, Florida. Travel to each office is necessary.

The clinical assistant's main responsibilities include taking patient vitals and documenting medical history, completing their history and physical, pre-populating information into electronic charts prior to patient appointments, transcribing information during clinic, calling in medication refills, and returning phone calls.  Due to the fast-paced nature of some clinic days, it requires someone who is comfortable on their feet, can work efficiently, type quickly and accurately, use our electronic medical records system (training provided), stay organized, adhere to privacy policies, and maintain a positive attitude and professionalism both in person and on the phone. We are looking for someone with a heart for patient care that wants to be part of a hard-working team.

This is a full-time position of approximately 35 hours/week. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with time for lunch. Wednesdays are typically afternoon only from 11 am - 4:30 pm. About once a month, there is a Wednesday that is a full day. Fridays are 8:30 am - 2:00pm. Employees get paid for several major holidays after the 90-day probationary period and are eligible for insurance benefits. After one year, an employee earns 40 hours of paid time off and access to a 401(k)-investment plan with employer matching. After three years, an employee earns 80 hours of paid time off and after five years, employees earn 120 hours of paid time off.
