Full-Time Commercial Cleaning SupervisorHours: 4:30 PM – 12:00 AMPay: Up to $18.00 per hourPaid TrainingWe are looking for a dependable and motivated Full-Time Supervisor to join our commercial cleaning team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable leading and supporting employees at multiple locations.Responsibilities include:Travel to and oversee multiple cleaning locationsSupervise and support cleaning staffEnsure cleaning is completed efficiently, thoroughly, and on schedulePerform quality checks and address areas needing improvementProvide employees with constructive feedback and coaching in a professional and respectful mannerHelp train new and existing employeesStep in and assist with cleaning when neededCommunicate with management regarding staffing, quality, and location needsHelp ensure company cleaning standards are consistently metWe are looking for someone who:Is dependable, punctual, and organizedCan manage their time effectively while traveling between locationsWorks efficiently and pays close attention to detailIs comfortable supervising and directing employeesCan provide constructive criticism while maintaining a positive work environmentIs willing to be hands-on and work alongside the team when necessaryHas reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple locationsThis is a full-time evening position with an established commercial cleaning company.
