Essential duties include:

- Managing food supplies and ensuring proper storage
- Following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Planning production to meet meal times while maintaining food quality
- Performing tasks efficiently and safely
Requirements include a food safety certificate and experience working as a cook in a long-term care or similar setting.
