Matia Kitchen on Orcas Island is hiring cooks immediatly for our Summer season, as well as looking for year round cooks with lot of potential for professional advancement. Are you a well rounded cook with an interest in fermentation, seasonality, live-fire cooking, menu development, and a holistically minded approach to restaurants? We are looking for a Cook to join our bar team - fast paced, fun, casual - as well as our tasting menu team - dynamic, interesting, precise. Maybe a little of both?
