We’re looking for a motivated Counter Sales professional to join a luxury beauty brand at Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury beauty, clienteling, sales, and delivering an elevated customer experience.

What you’ll do:

- Drive sales and consistently achieve/exceed goals

\n

- Build strong, lasting relationships with new clients

\n

- Deliver exceptional luxury service and personalized product recommendations

- Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence

\n

- Support events, launches, and brand initiatives

\n

- Maintain an elevated and visually compelling counter environment

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail sales experience

\n

- A strong passion for beauty and customer service

\n

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

\n

- A results-driven mindset

\n

- Availability for a full-time retail schedule, including weekends
